Privacy in detail
What a check reveals
A check only ever answers “planned” or “not planned” for the song you typed. It never says which group, how many groups, or — when you search every contest — which contest or when. Picking one contest tells you which of its rounds are planned, nothing more.
What we don't store
We don't save the songs you check. To stop anyone working out a contest's plans song by song, we count how many checks a device makes against each contest for an hour, using a scrambled version of its network address. The song is never part of that count, and counts are deleted after a day.
Sealed plans
A plan is visible only to its own group's keyholders. Contest organisers, judges and other groups can't browse plans. Withdraw a plan at any time; all plans are deleted automatically once their contest is over.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Your group's other keyholders, and keyholders of a group you ask to join, can see it. Nobody else can.
Analytics
We use PostHog to count visits and spot errors. It doesn't set cookies here, doesn't record your screen, and never receives song titles, contest names or group names.
